Does my back to school outfit look weird?
http://i.imgur.com/AhrMy.jpg
The white shirt is sheer, and the top is a little transparent as well. Short shorts and pink wedges. I'm not sure if I should just take the white shirt off or not.
I know it's not what most people wear the first day back to school, so I'm just wondering if it's strange at all. Should I just switch to flats? I'll be a junior in high school.

Am I the only person who likes the shoes?
I think it looks fine. But I would wear skinny jeans with that shirt. I think it's a little off with the shorts.
If it's hot and u wanna wear shorts, maybe get a longer shirt that hugs the body a little more.
I don't think the white shirt is needed. I personally feel the white shirt would be better paired with a very lose/baggy sleeveless shirt and leggings.
Am I the only person here that thinks this outfit looks really bad o.o? I see a lot of fobby international students every day and this is honestly something they would wear..
@Spirit Why not wear toms instead? o:
I actually don't have Toms. I pretty much only have flats and sandals with one pair of silver converse, and two pairs of wedges. I really prefer the wedges because I'm incredibly short. They make me so much taller. <3
No it's fi...
is that a t-shirt?
Sort of. It's sheer, aka transparent. You can't wear it on its own, it's completely see through.
No it's fi...
is that a t-shirt?
It's ok, but you are forgetting the pants/skirt
@ohBritt: lol thanks
You look like a normal typical LG actually lol.
Just chill nobody cares what you wear the first day, and if it makes you feel better you dress fine !
Don't wear converse with short shorts like some people are telling you... Looks bad.
kay, so you are asian
i unno bout those wedges and dat shirts
dont get me wrong you look fine, but something seems a bit off to me
wedges are tacky imo go flats, also why thin white shirt? No need to be provacative unless that was the goal in the first place
Edit: saw pic nvm it looks fine... Although I would suggest not wearing heels to school its your call... also that shirt is a bit Long but w/e its fine
wear converse, to look more casual. unlike others i say keep the tee, so u can keep it more original, and u dont look too try hard. the shorts i think should be 2 inches longer.
down here in Australia we where uniforms -.-
you got little poo on your eyes
For school the shoes are a no-go imo and the shirt indeed doesn't rly fit. Wear a white top under it or something, otherwise it's fine I guess (though the pants are too short for my taste )
I wore whatever was at the top of my clothing shelve.
I'd suggest you do that.
sry, but that white top and that bustier.
take off that white shirt, and then take a pic. Also, I would switch out those shorts for jeans.
am i the only one that sees absolutely nothing wrong with the outfit
like i look at it and she just looks like a normal person
everyone is saying that the white shirt makes her look weird and what not but i don't see what's wrong with it

I'm really not good with fashion..
but I think you look fine.
I like the shirt combo. That kind of look is quite common here.

it's just back to school day. who cares. just rock our yout nicer threads on the 2nd or 3rd day back when people won't be dressed as well haha.
You know, I feel sad for you guys that you have school so early (well it feels early to me o-o.) My school starts at the end of Aug., but I'm going to college so maybe that's why.
If I'm doing it right and manage to get my full score, my years are from Sep - May.
OT: If you're planning only to wear this on your back to school day. You might not want to do so. I personally think that it would be better to wear something that shows more of who you truely are. Don't dress the way you think you'll be liked the most, just to make a good first impression, dress the way who you truely are and the way you'll be dressing most of your days. How does a first impression matter if you're not actually showing yourself? Not that all is based just by the looks of you, but it's a main factor for most people. If you'd be wearing this more often. Wear it.
Not saying that I don't like the outfit, because I do think it looks fine. I'm just not a fan of flowerish dresses and the shirt really looks transparant and doesn't quite mix with the dress well. But that's just my opinion. I think it's allright overal.
use an acne remover for the remainder of the month and lose the sheer white thing
Cute, but uh the white shirt does bug me now that you mention it..not exactly sure what can go with it though
you look like a freshie.
everything's fine but the wedges are so ugly.
Pants are too short. Should meet your finger tips when arms/hands are down.
The shirt and tank top combo seems fine, just change the pants.
Ditch the wedges and possibly the white shirt if you don't look too skinny or if you school would even allow it.
I'd try going for flats or something. But, I don't know much about girl's fashion so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
by the time you're a senior you won't ever care about what you wear on the first day back to school.
umm... wedges for school?
Just for the first day, since it's a half-day. I normally don't wear them to school but I really do like wearing them.
As a guy who never cared what he wore during HS, I'd say go with whatever you're comfortable in, unless you're trying to seduce a guy... (and make him jump to the left of the map)
You look like an American flag. Try switching out one of the colors. Use color complements: blue/orange and red/green are complements.
I think you should take out the short shorts: it's not that they don't look nice, but considering your situation you should be a bit more conservative.
no my eyes. qq
edit: seriously though, looks fine. You guys worry too much about your first day back to school.
Mm. I've been told that the shirts don't match at all, hence why I'm on the fence. I have some bacne so I that's why I'm wearing the white. But thank you.
