League Of Legends

I feel bad for players of League Of Legends (LoL) who has a low level.I quit for sometime,and I was level 30.When I came back I started a new account and I was a low level player.When I was trying to join a game,people banned me from their games left and right.I wonder if this happens to other low level players cuz I feel bad for them.
