@ElitistMan: sigh...i dont know what to say...are you stupid..or something?
Fighting is not about brute strength. you havet to apply speed, for it to be powerful. Body fat lowers speed, extremely. I doubt Chuck norris can punch a distance of 3ft in 0.05sec.

And yes, i lift weights. Squat 230. Bench 160 (not that good). Curl 90. Wrist curl 70 Planning on taking AP Anatomy and Advanced weight lifting in school next year, my schedule is full for this year because of language classes.

Dense, if in muscle areas, is the density, or how compact, the muscles in that region is, and also the amount of mitochondrias in each cell.

@ElitistMan: Power this, power that. Okay, say Chuck Norris has more strength. Could you honestly say that his dexterity is on the same level as Bruce Lee's? Even if he has this immense power, would he even be able to utilize it on such a quick opponent?

It's the same deal in the boxing world, look at Pacquiao. He's about as small as they come, but his hits are both fast and fierce which allowed him to immobilize Margarito and other fighters who were significantly larger than him.

Strength may be one factor, but speed counts for a lot too.
So many problems with that I don't even know where to begin..

First of all being toned doesn't make you stronger, if your muscles are visible that just means you have low body fat, that doesn't equal to strength...

Yes Bruce Lee had low body fat, but that doesn't at all make him stronger than Chuck Norris.

Arm wrestling? You do realize that arm wrestling is more technique than strength right? It's probably the worst indicator you can use to measure someones strength.

If Bruce Lee was a power lifter it would be different, but he's not, he's a martial artist and an actor, he's not some super human.
so what makes u think bruce is not as stronge? because of his genetic background, his muscle-build collapses "inward", thus, his muscle is small, but extremely dense, if expanded out, his muscle strength is equivalent to that of a body builder. It is like this: his cells like much more mitochondrias and generates much more ATP.

Chuck on the other hand, has the "normal" genetics, and he wasnt really toned, so who knows, that "50 pd" might be like 60% fat or something. And if u apply his muscle mass with bruce's genetics, it would weight probably only half of bruce's mass.

ok dude, i bet u dont even know anything, other than the stereotypes. so just...be quiet
Yeah I'm no physiologist, but I'm pretty sure someone who's 195 lbs can bench press, squat, and deadlift more than someone who is 145 lbs.

Given that both of them are martial artists and not power lifters, Chuck Norris is naturally stronger.
wow, your one of those dumb stereotypical losers. Bruce was light because he had EXTREMELY low body fat, on the other hand, chuck had some fat on him.
okok, lets take things in my life. Im weight 150 and 5'10". I can beat almost every single kid in armwrestle in my age area. All those football players who weight like 190+, none of them can beat me in armwrestle. Lets just look at forearm perspective. Their forearm is like huge, but most of is fat. My forearm is only 12in, and its made of like..all muscle. When we do a contest on forearm strength, such as trying to bend each other's wrist...i kill them.

Chuck Norris lost because Chuck Norris knew if Chuck Norris got too powerful Chuck Norris would destroy the world

lol @elitistman did u just say...chuck norris...is stronger than Bruce?

yea sure, Bruce is only 5'7.5" and weights an average is 140-ish. sure he is light weight...but dude...do you have any idea how dense his muscles are? Analogy: Bruce lee's 140 pd is made of pure steel. While Chuck's is made of rubber tied together by some strings..lol >.>

I would like to see Chuck hold out a 125pd barbell straight out and perpendicular to body, at shoulder.
No he didn't... when Bruce Lee met Chuck Norris, Chuck was already a world champion and a professional fighter, Bruce Lee was just an amateur actor.

@MrSharky all that video is saying is that Bruce Lee was the first to introduce fighting with no rules, and fighting to win, sure he deserves a lot of respect for that, but nowadays there are thousands of MMA fighters who have adopted that same technique, and have improved on it.

Much like how the Gracie family came up with their own style of Jiu-Jitsu, since then there have been many people who have mastered it and improved on it, that doesn't mean the Gracies are the best at it, they're just the ones who came up with this, and this was evident when Royce got his ass kicked by Matt Hughes.

So the same logic holds true for Bruce Lee, he was a good fighter back in the day, but if he were to be in an MMA fight today, he'd probably get dominated.
Dear ignorant bumhole. The video was about Bruce Lee being the best street fighter- not tournament fighter.
He then said he'd woop any of the tournament fighters' arse because in a street fight, there aren't any move restrictions while in tournaments, you'd get immediately disqualified for using really dangerous moves. T.T
No it doesn't but it certainly gives you an advantage, two people of equal fighting caliber, the bigger man has the edge.

None of you are giving reasons as to why Bruce Lee would win, you're simply calling my argument dumb without backing up your own which shows lack of rationality and intelligence on your part.

Chuck Norris has a lot more fighting experience than Bruce Lee, and he has more blackbelts. Considering that and the fact that he's much bigger and stronger, that is why I think he would beat Bruce Lee.

Instead of saying he won't, back up your god damn statements or else you just look like ignorant kung-fu lovers.

Oh and Bruce Lee was more of an actor than an actual fighter, his fighting style he invented caters to aesthetic appeal to look good on camera, Chuck Norris has actually competed and won over 30 tournaments.
Did you read what @hosrack posted?
Bruce Lee taught chuck norris everything he knows about fighting. Bruce was Chucks personal teacher. look it up.
Bruce Lee is clearly the best
- Chuck was already into karate before he met Bruce.
- Correct me if I am wrong, but Chuck was already a karate champion before he met with Chuck
- They didn't have a teacher-student relationship. They were friends and "work out" partners.
You're probably one of those Asian kung-fu fanatics who doesn't know much about real fighting.
Says you. Height/weight = does not determine victory
