How to improve upon this?
I have currently around 30k range full buffed. I basically have clean empress and around 30% luk.
With 2b, how much %luk can i buy and on which equip?

Upgrade our Earrings, belt and if you can pendant.
Aim for 9-12%.

My bad. Didn't see topics were under phantom, was looking at your char.
Try getting 1% luk nebs on all your stuff. You could probably get them 30m each.

Your weapon and katara probably stinks if you have 30k range with empress and 30% luk. Improve on those and forget about %luk.
Could you list the equipment stats that are not empress along with your Cane stats?
