What Equips Should I have?
I currently have 5/6 empress missing the cape, but I have funding right now to buy it.
Alternatively, I could get a decent ewand/staff, but then what should I wear with that to make up for not having empress set?

If you're willing to do the Pantheon questline, you can get the elite hesilium mage cape from it, gives 10 m atk / atk clean and I believe +20 all stat
to clarify, the 3 bosses there drop it: Treglow, Victor, and Velderoth (they also have a VERY small chance of dropping the nova items as well)
a well scrolled Puac with good pot or those 10 matk 20 all stat capes with a good pot (if they even are pottable, i dont know).
