How can i improve myself?
I want to do some pro stuff, like bossing, but i find myeself lacing a bit
my budget is round 4b. what should i get?

should i replace all these and go empress?
is it worth getting clean empress instead of these % stuff?

At a glance, loveless is better in terms of attack but the empress weapon with the set bonus should help you with what you need (45 atk and the 30% boss. The all stat is alright). Now, unless you're able to fork up more "b" in your budget, you can't really afford the loveless weapons and still get a decent range. Reason for that is because you would be stuck with a 5 piece empress set, where you would need to replace an empress equip with a better item (say a tyrant cape or boots...which are about 3-4b where I am at) to get stronger. For now, stay with empress until you can afford the tyrant equips (belt, boots and/or belt) or at least until the empress shoulder is released then use the empress shoulder to replace the weapon with a loveless one (of course, there are better solutions to that by using the tyrant boots or cape to replace the empress one and getting a tyrant belt).

You definitely need to get a better weapon. Also try get 9% top/bot and 9-12% str shoes. Or go with what other people said and get 3-6% on empress.

if thats your clean range you are good enough to kill Czak, you can even try HT with a friend (you should be at around 50k buffed)
if thats you buffed range, get full empress set with some %str (4b should get you enough for at least 3% each equip, which is actually A LOT better than your current equips)

I am amazed at how much you don't look like a Demon Slayer at all.
You could go empress ...but the lack of % will hinder you unless your str:atk ratio is good enough for it. Find your str:atk ratio (add the total weapon atk including buffs as well as the str and divide str by atk), convert the %str to wep atk and see if the equips you're replacing is better than clean empress or not (on average, the empress equips w/o the weapon is about 10 atk and the set is 45 for all 6 equips)
Loveless weapons for ds are cheaper and have more attack clean since you don't have the empress set
