MP recovery worth it for a UA Brawler?

It seems like if i put just 1 point into MP recovery, it will slice of 10% of my HP, is the skill worth that?
My Brawler currently have 3,3k hp at level 62.

Oh alright, thanks for clearing it up guys!
I was just worried that if i put 1 point into the skill, i would permanently lose 10% of my hp...:/

Worth it? I've probably saved myself 100m thanks to it.

@Orgasm: Use it when training. While running towards the next mob, jump and cast it and continue on your way. You waste no time and gain a ton of MP. Recharge your HP with Drain and, bam, you use 0 pots during any training session.

Looking back at when I trained hardcore at the crappiest jester map on my marauder around late7x~8x before the balance patch... I used I think around 3hp potions and a few more mp potions grinding every few hours. While I can't be that awesome at saving potions anymore drain+mp recovery is still one of my favorite little perks during training. I highly recommend that you try this product.

All I'm going to say is this...

Even tradional Brawlers max MP Recovery. Looking at a SIMPLE guide will prove that and looking at the reasons why(No need for MP potions), will show how valuable it is as a skill. And it's a ton better than lolwave.

i play with an n64 controller and the ones i have mapped onto my controller are: corskcrew, shark wave, drain, mp recover, dice, demolition, barrage, booster/SI macro, jump, pick up, transform/super transform.

i don't even have a HP/MP pots on my controller ... i have some eilxers mapped to my keyboard in case of an emergency, but MP recover and then draining when i fill charge is more than enough to never have used a single potion since lvl 71 (13x at the moment on my bucc).

there's no reason (except needing to dump points to job advance at lvl 70) to get any of the attacks in 2nd job other than corkscrew for mob gathering and jumping on platforms you couldn't normally jump. you'll just use shark wave for training so everything else is useless, might as well max mp recover and oak barrel just for kicks. when you get to marauder, energy charge and drain are sweet. i could easily train on anything, shark wave the mobs and mp recover more than enough to make up for the MP used by shark wave, then when charge is full just drain to recover all my HP. even at LHC you can use shark wave from super far away and be a long ranged attacker then when charge is full run up and drain / demo / barrage / whatever you feel like cuz you're pretty much invincible with drain.

granted i haven't started doing any major bossing yet, so eventually i guess i'll put potions on my controller but yeah just haven't ever needed to potion since lvl 71 ... and i've even done BF/HH dual kill solos and captain latanica solos, never used a potion thanks to mp recover / drain ... so bottom line:

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAX MP RECOVER AND MAX DRAIN PLUS LEARN HOW TO USE THEM ... playing without potions adds excitement and strategy to grinding.
