Somethings in ms feel broke
The last two days for me have been crazy. First off I fail a 90% aee and blow up a $80 gun, then I fail 7 chaos in a row on a clean dhanjar and the odds of failing 60% seven times in a row are less than 1% same thing happened to a friend chaos scrolls are rigged, then after that I fail a 1% clean slate scroll on the same dhanjar it fails and the 2% chance to blow up works. This game is so broke.

Sadly it's real
nah, it's not broken. I felt that way when i was in a low-rate pizza slice and worked really hard to get a set of Arkarium rings a while back and a shop glitched that i was trying to buy epic pot scrolls 100% from, so i just bought the 80% ones.
not only did they both fail on each rings, but the 20% chance to oom also was triggered and i lost them haha.
anyways, they have shielding wards or protections scrolls or whatever for a reason. you knew there was a risk, but you took it anyways.
it's like people who gamble but sorta in a reverse sense. there's that SMALL chance that you could win.
well in this case, there was that SMALL chance you could lose. and you did.
you basically won a reversed lottery of sorts
I failed most of my 60%s too but also landing a lot of 10%s

just because you failed doesn't mean the game is broke.
Mine chaos scrolls worked fine.
chaos scrolls from events/tempest pouches are rigged. I have yet to land one of them.
