if you can get the leafre codex set, the +1 to all skills it gives allows you to max everything, just leave everything 1point away from max (it doesnt +1 the skill over the max level so best to just leave at 9/19/29 or w/e). for 4th job its mostly the same except you max everything sooner, atm i got 59 leftover sp w/ everything maxed out completely ._.
