How to lv Bahamut?

Before the Big Bang, bishops could do a quest (from the hero in the Wyvern's map in Leafre) where you could lv up ur Baha Mastery Lv (5-10-15-20-30). That quest was really hard to me ( I got like 4 drops every hour with x2) so I left my Bahamut lv to 15. Now after the Big Bang I cant find a way to lv it up, because there is no quests and I cant find a Mastery Book for it.
Do you know how to lv it?

Nope. It says that my Mastery is 15, but it shows me the lv 16 descripcion.

@ above, you have no idea wat you're talking about, do you?
you buy or hunt bahamut mastery books. you shouldve maxed the skill before bigbang. now you need to pass mastery books in order to max it.
