Ranger skill build -

I got 1 inferno, 5 Mortal blow, 30 Arrow rain and 4 evasion boost at level 83 in Zenith
But Kevvls guide say I should max Inferno first? :s.

And btw where should I train at level 85?

Edit: I got SP reset so I can get inferno.

..Strafe doesn't outdamage maxed double shot with enhanced basics until level 6, no? Besides, I pretty much never used strafe for training up til 108 (and I still don't, although it's level 20 now). With AR, you can go to Jesters in the chimney. AR will hit 2 plats at a time in the middle part of the map: whatever plat you're standing on and the one beneath it. AR is better in Chimney, and Inferno is better in Toy Room.

Currently 92 ranger:
20 inferno, 22 AR, 2 strafe, 5 puppet, 5 MB, 15 Hawk
Looking back on it, you really don't need hawk, not for grinding, not yet at least. The reason why i got 15 Hawk was b/c i wanted to play with it since i got an SP reset scroll
Strafe is also pretty useless in comparison to inferno in my opinion.
I ran a test for inferno vs strafe
I went through Dojo. I ended up both times dying on Crog
Here's how it went:

Inferno: overall i could KB the heavier bosses like Papa + alishar + JRog + Snack Shop, and push them back and it did really decent damage
Strafe: higher overall DPM, but resulting in less KB meaning i was getting hit more, also strafe only targets one at a time
1 strafe is cool, but you don't really use it

im guessing you saw the guide on SP, which says Rain then Dodge, which make sense.

However, Inferno has some pretty crazy damage and is like an upgraded arrow bomb minus the stun.

I personally say go for Inferno b/c its horizontal range is enormous, meaning you can tag those monsters off screen and aggro them to rain them

As for training, I train at C-2 where the roids + neo huroids are. Beast spawn and exp.

After Inferno and rain, go for dodge then (puppet to) Hawk

You may be too hasty on the secondary skills such as inferno and arrow rain. If you like to have various of skills on your finger tips, at least get half and half if that suits the climate, but strafe is a must when you going on even higher level when it's harder to mob. Even then it would be much harder to get leveled and max out your primary skills. To me a ranger without strafe first is equal to a bowmaster without a hurricane to start with.

I'm at iron mutaes and I use Inferno so they'll come to the plat and then I finish them off with AR.

@Kevvl: what should I do after 30 AR then?

Inferno or AR works, I recommend Inferno due to the ease of maxing it, wider variety of opportunities, and high damage output. Many others recommend AR for the range and mobbing potential. In the completed version of the guide, there will be both options listed out.
