Same i traded some random items for it back them probably under 20m range and i scrolled it a few times.
Whats it's value at least to max?

I sold 2 att 2% STR Facestompers for 70m and the buyer was claiming it was worth 200m if that matters. I still think it's only worth 70. In any case, I paid 20m for it
