Demon Force Bug?

Is it just me or do Demon Slayers not pick up any Demon Force from Empress and most of the monsters over there?

This happens ALL the time to me at Empress and monsters there though. I already tried relogging and changing channels. Also tried it every now and then and different days this week, still nope.

from time to time, but not often.
train for a few hours and this might happen
relog and it resets itself
