In that case, once you completed all four of the Dep Star quests, Sheriff Lita gave you another "quest" and all you had to do was click on it and she'd immediately give you the Silver Deputy Star reward.

But I don't know if that's still available from her now that NLC is messed up.

You have to have a Big Foot's Toe and a Headless Horseman's Head to turn in for the quest... just killing them some time previously doesn't count.
I don't know for sure if the quests are even being offered any more, but it wouldn't make sense if they were since you can't get to that area now.

To the original question, it's a pendant (look at the item description) that looks like a Deputy Badge.

iirc, much of the old nlc quests were removed including the dep star quests. BF and HH can no longer be fought as well ( or at least i don't believe so )
and i don't really accept basil friend request because I quit maple and basil is just kind of a way to keep in contact with people in which i knew from maple. I still use facebook and skype to keep in touch but yea, sorry, not enough basil friend space to accept your request anyway :o

R & J combined pendant would be better in potential and comes with weapon attack which means the r&j pend is better
the dep is however tradeable and requires to only be lv 50 to wear
and the dep can no longer be obtained so there's some collector's value I guess? (though it still isn't worth much)
