There isn't a proper ratio to be used as a conversion.
You want more of each. There's no better ratio. Increasing either number is a good thing.
Now if you have some choice over whether to add 1 attack or 1%, that's another matter. But that will be totally dependent on your particular stats.
3:1 is good, that's basically what I have. 6xx:2xx. Shooting for a 2:1 ratio though.
eh idk, but 3:1 seems kinda low? at least for me. i have ~150att, ~20%str. it's kinda hard to imagine me having to have the same attack, but 30% more str for a stable range (since 50%str is moderately funded, vs. 150att which is low/unfunded) ... not very sure though.
there is no proper ratio, the higher the better.
