Can you make Ua with adventure?
So if I get my fighter to level 70, is there a quest I accept in order to make a ua instead of making a level 120 KoC
and if there is what do you need to get?

Don't forget you can get a UA with a Lv100 Mihile is you want to do it ASAP.
The level 70 quest will allow you to get two of the UA skills. However, the drop-rate for this quest (and the few that come after it) is bad. So you're much better off leveling a Cygnus Knight to 120 and making it proper tidy.
