I was going through the fm looking for cheap things and i found a 4% all stat neb for 2b. I bought it, did i get lucky? Can i profit of this?

The price seems average. It's not really a merch but it's a nice neb to use for a Xenon.
They are indeed deflating. I would either sell it right away to cut your losses now, or hold on to it and hope prices go up again in a few months.
