Topwear for str 100%
Where is it dropped?
Edit: Sigh, nevermind I just bought topwear 60%'s... Failed 3 out of 4... Out of stress, I just bought the other 2 slots with topwear 100% for 5mil at shop...
Ended up with +4 str in what i did instead of +6 if I used pure 100%...

I swear I've been getting some bad luck post-BB...
-7 times failed on 50% Advanced Combo Attack
-Forgot to unequip hb pants before patch, ended up with unavailable permanent hb...
-scrolled 60%'s failing a lot (also on some hammered items)
-exploding potential scrolling on zak helms
-missed one day of ring because I got the box at 10:59 pm but nexon's being a troll and gave me the potion at 12:01 am...
-Cubing my unique item won't get into 15% str after like 20+ tries... Ended up with 9%...
-Much other misfortunes... I guess I'll just go off and train...
