Maplestory stopped working yesterday after reformat

Hello guys. I had a problem with a virus so I decided to reformat the computer to get rid of the viruses. I have done this before and Maplestory worked perfectly after the reformat. This is my 2nd time reformatting my computer in the last 6 months. After doing so, I downloaded the game, and it's not working anymore. I've been playing this game everyday for the last 6 months on this same computer. This is what happens when I load Maple. It gives me no error code or anything.

One single time, it gave me the error code 11004, but besides that, I have no other hints to why the game stopped working.

I am running on Windows 7, but I see no compatibility issues. I have tried running the game from the game launcher, from Google Chrome, and from Internet Explore. I also have already turned off my firewall, the firewall doesn't seem to be the issue. I also have been running it as an administrator, that doesn't seem to be the issue either. I've also been running the game on different compatibilities, nothing's working so far.

If anyone can shed some light on this matter, it would be nice. Right now, it's just straight up crashing after Black Cipher. I've tried spamming the log in, still no results.

@DuskRaven: Thanks for telling me this, if my problem isn't my graphics card, then I'll do what you just did.
Good luck! I think you can check if you have .NET Framework currently installed in the Add or Remove Programs found in the Control Panel. If you don't have, I suggest you try installing .NET Framework first, as I know it is needed to run MapleStory.

I helped my brother reformat his computer recently, and his Maple stopped working too, I believe installing .NET Framework (I believe it was version 3.5 that was needed) fixed it for him

@CherryTigers: yeah, it could be your graphic card too! Just like that post of a guy that was struggling getting on ms for like 3 days straight, and at the end it was his graphic card needed to be updated.
Well, Since you've reformated your computer, try to update every single file/software/drivers that is related to MS to make this run without a problem.
You're refering to the system requirments on the http://maplestory.nexon.net/support/game-download right? Below is a copy and paste from there:
"System Requirements

Have you checked your computer's hardware lately?
I'm afraid that if your system doesn't meet MapleStory's minimum requirements, the game will either not run at all or you'll be in for a less-than optimal experience. To ensure a smooth gaming experience, I highly recommend you play on a computer that meets the recommended settings. That's why they're called recommended settings after all!"

Pretty sure everything is good to go, none of my hardware has been switched. I have everything good except perhaps my graphics card...? I'll update it and see what happens, thanks!

@brih2: I apologize for my lack of knowledge in this matter, but what exactly is a registry entry? I googled it and it's giving me some abstract stuff lol I mean, there's almost nothing maple related on my computer except the stuff I just downloaded which would be the set up, and everything else that came in the "Maplestory" folder.
@FrozenFlameO: True, except I've done it before on the exact same laptop and it worked perfectly, so I kind of expected it to work again.

I deleted everything Maplestory related and redownloaded it twice now. Still no results :c
I think she meant also delete registry entries associated with Maple?
