Am I Ip banned?
1-2 months ago I couldnt get pass the play screen (after you confirm administration from game launcher) but I didn't care since I needed a break. Same problem right now, I even re-installed maplestory but there still nothing happening after I press PLAY. I even tried from the maple site, game launcher, maple folder but is all the same. Do you suppose i'm IP banned..?

@Invictinite: Nothing. It just logs me in like it did normally. Maybe a password change reminder once in awhile

When you log on the site, what message do you get.
It's funny that through all the people and their trolling, and uninsightful answers, once in a while they become the best team of troubleshooter's and customer support you can find haha

I dont think your account was deactivated, try gamelauncher. When my ip got banned I made all the way to the character selection screen and when I tried to connect a message popped up saying the ip was banned.
Try using steam.
@leopard16: It's quite common to be deactivated, some exampled why it might be include incorrect number of password tries, logging in from overseas on an unapproved location, timed-out, etc.
All you have to do if so, you would have received an email from Nexon saying your account is deactivated and click the following link to reinstate it.
Happens to me quite often when some of my overseas friends want to play my account. Nothing big, and definitely not a ban.

I have like 3 other accounts I use to log in via maple site and all 3 is not working.
I don't know how that'll work when I try to log in via game launcher because it won't get pass the play screen.

I have bitdefender and i tried turning off the firewall, it's still the same. I tried multiple times with and without firewall.
If you can log on on the website, you are not IP banned.
Well probably not, AFAIK IP bans will either notify you in game or will give you that familiar "Unable to connect to server. Check firewall or server check bla bla." Most probably is the game closing on itself.
