Whats wrong with my account?
Earlier today I tried to log on to my account through gamelauncher, like usual. However, when I pressed the "play" button, nothing happened. Didn't login, didn't get any messages whatsoever. On google chrome trying to login through the MS website, nothing happens. On firefox, I get as far as world selection until I get disconnected. The thing is, any other account of mine works. And on the main website it says i'm a rookie, even though I receive no ban message of any sort... help?

I'll try a restart, there's no running processes =/.

Same thing happened to me pre-big bang in the end i had to delete character >.<
Edit: doesnt rookie mean banned?
