Say if I have a pair of 10LUK Rex Earrings with 2 line potential, and the durability hits 0%. When I repair them, do I get back my 10LUK and 2 lines?

hmm, I would assume they would go back to their normal stats, although its nexon so....
how DO you repair them ?
