Neo city and Neo Tokyo?

I was looking through Hidden Street MSEA monster list, and I saw there were Neo City monsters on the list. I already knew they had Neo Tokyo but double checked to make sure I wasn't on the GMS list.

So, does MSEA have both Neo City and Neo Tokyo? And if it does, then do you think GMS will probably get Neo Tokyo?
