Help with HS Shield and MS downtime

Ok so I'm STILL having problems with my HackShield after trying everythingggggggggggggggg. I googled for hours and tried all solutions but nothing worked, I still get the "HackShield error "0x00000001" Hopefully the BigBang patch will repair this? Cause I really wanna play when the patch is released. Yes I deleted AVG, and yes I tried with my firewall on AND off
Alsooooo, I live in EST, is MS down right now? Its about 5:00PM but on the site it says 11:00 for patch time :S Cuz when I run the game, (after the errors) it says Unable to connect to servers. And thats when the game is down usually.
