thx everybody and dont troll about my spelling nugget dang
0-30 = 3% max per line
31-70 = 6% max per line
71-120 = 9% max per line
121+ = 12% max per line
also they need to be lvl 70+ to get decent skills
idk what you're talking about. My lvl1 gear has 50% Dmg on bosses.
