Maplestory Char Card?
According to some other basil thread out there I read, Evan's char card is an unlimited use, its effect has no cooldown unlike the Aran card. But recently now when I got my evan to lvl 30 and applied my char card it says in parenthesis 1 minute cooldown. Anyone know if this is true?
