Scrolling is all about luck?
In my experience I have failed 90% scrolls multiple times. In some case it didn't work in a row. Don't know how these percentages actually work. Maybe nexon decides if that too many of that same scroll is working and decides to throw one bad out there to balance it. Just my thought. I'm saying this because I used a 1% clean slate scroll that's impossible to land and I got it. Have you guys land any 1% scroll or is it just me?

i failed adv pot scroll when it had 90% chance to work. Blew up my VIP bow
Most of the times relays on luck but also on Nexon's coding. I've failed 100% pot scrolls...
My friend blew up his Chaos Zakum Helmet with a 1% Clean Slate Scroll.

I look at 90% as 90% to work, not 10% to fail Although I don't usually use scrolls.
Pretty sure it's all percentages, no loopholes or anything
I've landed it before too. Lucky break I guess. Haha
