What is % stats?
hello, i'm not sure that it is called % stats but i'm wondering what this means..... when and item's potential says something like +6% STR or +3% luk what does that mean? is it the same as +6 str or +3 luk? i have been gone for a while and am still learning about all the new updates and such and would like some help with this question. if anyone could please give me an answer that would be appreciated ^_^

Yes it counts with added items

It adds up by percent, so 500str + lets say 10%str = 550 str total
Just use that little % button on ur calc
