Icon Size, I want them smaller

Hi, recently I got windows 7 and I am wondering how can I make icons smaller, like windows xp.
does anyone know?
btw, I am talking about desktop icons.

While on your desktop (make sure you click on it, so you don't run into problems), hold down Ctrl and scroll down.
