How many accounts do you need to log into within a certain timeframe before you get IP banned?

I get IPbanned frequently, and based on my experience, if you log in over 30-40 within a few hours, you get IP banned, as well as if you log in 10 or more accounts in 5 minutes.
I logged into 18 within a half hour and had no problem.
im able to go on 5 accounts in like a span of 3 minutes.
