So, I want to know where the coco card should be

I'm so close to getting full cards, but the coco and empress/summons are stopping me.
I can eventually do empress, but is there a way to get the coco card if I've finished the questline?

i think it was just and issue that know and are "working" on a fix iirc

I did the quests on my Aran after the issue was 'fixed'.
I DIDN'T GET COCO'S CARD.
