I bought one in Windia for 20mil, and it worked. It was my first book <3 , I then did CL 30 right away and that worked too, did you try searching FM a lot?
How much is CL 20 anyways?
Yeah, ill just keep looking.. I only have 14 sp saved up for it.. D:
Oh. To be honest, CL20 wasn't on Scania either for a while (and it was not on FM either, and either way, Scania's FM overprices stuff >.< ) ... I believe the first auction I've seen in a while was like 2 days ago, and now there's three already. If all else fails, you can try again later, I'm sure someone will eventually sell it.
I got mine straight off of basil. Try again later or MTS?

Been searching for one too... leveled 5 times on Mr. Alis starting from 123 trying to find it but no luck.
Now you will need Secret Mastery Books... and that thing gets you random books ._.
