Bring the special forging items (ie, Mystic Astrolabe, Subani Ankh, etc) to John Barricade located in the Mesogears tower in New Leaf City to obtain the appropriate Forging Manual. Then, once you have the Forging Manual and other items listed below, you will need to go to Spindle in Omega Sector to forge the item.
