For the cygnus knight mount, (the weird bird thingy) you have to be level 100, correct?
I'm not sure, so I'm just asking here.

For the cygnus knight mount, (the weird bird thingy) you have to be level 100, correct?

Yeah 100 for the wierd chicken. 120 for shinsoo<3
You get the Quest for the first mount at level 50.
The next one with it's eyes open is level 70, I think.
You get the mini Shinsoo that can fly at level 120.
