bumping (clearly) best thread ever
ITG, 10+ footers.
DDR, A/AA everything
PUMP, Crazy mode or whatever (Hardest without going doubles)
Stepmania, ANYTHING. Some people call me izzySM x) No but really, I play most songs (15+ footers) at 1.2 rate cause they get too easy :x Strange Program is for little girls.
Damn. I thought strangeprogram was kinda hard back in the day when i played hahahah. damn sucks im in a little girl. Its nice that people play 10+s in ITG
Only Osu! and Project DIVA.
edit: Oh yeah Beat Hazard too, forgot about that.
What..that does look insane. How does this game work? I'm only aware of Project Diva.
In this game, you basically type the lyrics of the song. There's a total of 45 different buttons, 35 of which can be accessed by swiping left/right/top/botton. It's pretty fun, but you only get to play with Miku, and there's only about 10 songs.
Yeah I think for ITG you just have to slow down sometimes. Its really easy to move your feet too fast when you're playing hard tstuff
I play ITG and Pump religiously. Beatmania and PopNMusic not so hardcore. Stepmania VERY hardcore.
Sounds cool. What kind of stuff can you do on ITG/pump/stepmania?
@Fimbu1vetr Nice! Currently, I'm always hitting notes too early, like I get too excited when the notes scroll up in ITG and I completely miss off-sync.
I've been thinking of trying Stepmania for practicing Pump, but I'll need to look deeper into that.
I had no idea ReRave was an arcade cabinet. I tried the game on iOS. Looks pretty cool.
Lol EVERYONE hits notes too early when they do stuff thats challenging for them in ITG. Like 80%+ of my excellents/greats are early haha. There's definitely a Stepmania like thing for Pump. ReRave came out as an arcade cabinet maybe half a year ago. Its really big right now.
Anyone tried Miku Flick? The last stage is insane o.o

Damn and I thought my arcade had a lot of rhythm games haha (though it gets new things quickly, like first ITG machine, first Re-Rave machine). I mainly play ITG, with some pump and DDR on the side. (I suck at pump though lol). Used to play FFR/Stepmania before I started playing DDR.
I'd like to get into Re-Rave sometime since it seems pretty fun/popular. Beatmania looks cool but intimidating as hell lol.
Damn thats a shame. Glad youre still into music games despite the arcade then. I hear Gemini is ridiculous with their dance games so I'd definitely want to check that out.
Aha! A fellow rhythm game lover.
I play a lot of beatmania IIDX. I'm at a wall at Another 10s and 11s though.
I want to get into Pop'N Music, so I'm trying to replicate this really cheap controller.
I'm also practicing DDR and ITG. If I could, I'd love to play Pump It Up, but I have no mat with a center button at the moment.
Haha seems like we're a rare breed. I don't know much about IIDX except for everyone saying its like the hardest rhythm game. Sounds impressive you can do 10/11s =). Lol that controller. You play at an arcade?
Name that song.
A challenge for a terrible singer like me.
People still play those games?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WIsfifsTwiM&feature=related . people keep improving yo. And music games > maple
Osu! Oh yeah
Hatsune Miku: Project Diva
Rhythm Heaven, suckers.
FFR, Stepmania and Audiosurf are my favorites
People still play FFR other than the hardcore crowd? I used to play religiously hahaha
Technika is pretty damn popular at the arcade I go to, where do you play? Dunno anything about mabi/latale personally?
DJ Max Technika 3 and Pop'n Music.
