wa transform wind walk

ok so cuz of all the new things for cygnus made me wanna see what is new.
so i went on my wind archer and started my quests and decided to do the evo belt quest first but then when i
was using my skills in eagle eye's form i wasnt losing hp.
i was losing hp but my hp kept on going back too 100%
i had my skill wind walk and wind piercing marco'd so whenever i used wind walk in my eagle eye form
my hp kept on going to 100. i tried wind walk without eagle eye and my hp doesnt go to 100%
so it a glitch for something new for wa?
