problem with a skill
Its about the skill called Buff Mastery for 4th job.
its give you M.ATT and a % of buff duration. but the % of buff duration doisent work for me,
all my buffs still last the same amount of time.
so I was wondering if the skill is bugged or something.

Mine works. HS on my party members run out sooner for them.
Ive noticed that too. I think the skill is just bugged, there are a few other bugs out there still like EWands/
EStaves don't work at boosting elements.
