First Job - Training Locations

Lvl. 1 - 13:
Ereve / Job Quests : Just follow the quests to kill the set amount of monsters.

Rotting Skeletons : The best place for training till level 30 these Skeletons dont have a lot of HP but give an amazing 74 EXP!
Mixed Golems (Mini-Dungeon) : Not as good as Rotting Skeletons but Golems also get the job done. And since theres a mini-dungeon theres no worries of KSers.

Second Job - Training Locations

Lvl. 30 - 35:
Mushroom Kingdom (Highly Recommended) : All of the monsters here give a decent amount of EXP per kill in which youll be leveling fairly quickly. Plus you can do the PQ if you get bored.

Lvl. 35 - 45:
CDs (Highly Recommended) : CDs which are found in Kerning Square give a great amount of EXP but also spawn crazy fast. However, there are a ton of people who come here so watch out for crowds.
Rombot Grind (CPQ) : CPQ was once the best way to get from levels 30-50. Now, its not as good as it once was. Still a decent source of EXP but not as recommended as CDs.

Lvl. 45 - 60:
Toy Trojans (Highly Recommended) : The second fastest way to get from Lvl 45-60 Trojans are fast moving, low hp monsters that arent a pain to kill at all. Not very crowded either so it makes for a perfect place to train.
Dead Scarecrows (Highly Recommended) : The absolute best place to train for these levels however with it being the best place to train, it is also extremely crowded so please, be courteous to others.
Drakes (Lvl. 50+) : Drakes are a decent place to train because almost no one goes here. It is very rare to find someone actually training but its still a decent to good place to be at for these levels.
Voodoos/Hoodoos : A decent monster to kill. The only problem is the spawn. Normally most Night Walkers can kill these monsters in one to two hits. The problem being that the spawn for these monsters is extremely slow. Youd train faster by watching paint dry or the grass grow.

Lvl. 60 - 65:
Robos (Highly Recommended) : Basically the only place to train for these levels. Its a very fast source of EXP and it doesnt have a ton of people coming there due to it being so far away in Ludi.

Lvl. 65 - 70:
Twisted Jesters (Highly Recommended) : If you have the funding to battle with the other people who train here I say go ahead and go for it. If you can secure a spot and train there without being ksd youll be leveling very quickly.
Zeta Grays : Personally, I never trained here so I cant go into much detail for this specific section but from what Ive heard, its a decent source of training. You can easily come here with no worries of anyone coming to steal your map.
Ghost Ship PQ : Personally, again, Ive never done this Pq. However, I have watched my brother do it a couple times and I really only have one word to say to it; dang. This Pq will level your character so quickly its not even funny. About three Pqs and youll level each time. Find some other people to trade win with and youll have a leveling spree like no other.

Third Job - Advanced Knight

1. Talk to Neinheart for "The Lost Treasure" quest.
2. Talk to Eckhart to begin the quest "The Master of Disguise [Night Walker]."

4. Head over to "Tiru's Forest" and talk to Eckhart.
5. Fight and defeat Master of Disguise.
6. Collect the dropped The Lost Treasure and bring it back to Eckhart.

Once you are done with that, go to "Tiru's Forest" and talk to Eckhart to begin fighting the Master of Disguise. Collect The Lost Treasure and give it to Eckhart.

Congratulations, you are now an Advanced Knight!

Third Job - Training Locations

Lvl. 70 80:
Twisted Jesters(Highly Recommended) : Some people hate going here because of the enormous crowds but if you can get a good party going, youll level very quickly. You can easily stay here till level 85+.
Ariant(Recommended) : If Jesters arent your thing then head over here to train/do quests. Its slower than Jesters but itll work out just as fine.

Lvl. 81-90:
Twisted Jesters: Read Lvl. 70-80 description.
Iron Mutae(Level 81-84) : These are a good monster to train on. Not a big map and it has two platforms of monsters.
Roids/Neo Huroid(Level 84/85-90) : Depending on which map you go to youll find Roids or Neo Huroids and Roids. Both maps work out just fine and the exp gain here is phenomenal.

Lvl. 91-100
Slimys/Selkie Jr.(Mysterious Path 3)(Highly Recommended) : These monsters are some of the absolute best monsters to train on. The spawn and mob sizes are just perfect. Watch out for crowds here, this map is highly populated.
Gallopera (Highly Recommended) : Once again, another great map for these levels. Once again watch out for crowds.

Lvl. 101-110
Dreamy Ghosts(Himes)(Recommended) : Once the best place to train for higher third jobbers. Now, this map has lost its luster. However, this map is still very good for Hermit/Night Walkers. Flat map with amazing spawn. Do watch out for Black Crow however.
Night Shadows : The only good Night Shadow map is the one inside of Crimson Wood Keep. If you cant get past the Jump Quest, don't try to go here.
Captain/Kru(Red Nose Pirate Den 3)(Recommended) : There are a wide number of maps for these monsters. Also, theres a mini-dungeon as well. Watch out for crowds.

Lvl. 111-120
Ghost Pirates(Level 110-112) : Here you'll notice there's a teleporter in the middle of the map from the bottom to the top. Jump down on the right side and kill everything, teleport back up, then kill the left and teleport back up. This cycle goes on and on.
Dual Ghost Pirates(Level 112-114) : This is pretty similar to Ghost Pirates. It's a giant tower, just down jump and kill, then teleport back up to the top and do it over and over and over.
Black Kentaurus(Level 114-118) : Possible the best place to train from these levels. If you don't like them, just go back to DGPs.
Spirit Vikings(Level 118-120) : Only train here if you are at least semi/heavily funded. If not, go back to DGPs and finish your last levels there. Otherwise, itll be useless to try to train here.

Quests for Skills

Quad Throw
Video explanation.
Basic information : When you reach Level 90 you'll receive a quest telling you to go back to Ereve. For this quest you'll have to go kill a boss monster in the 3rd Training Hall. Each time you go in, the monster changes(Like shown in the video). Kill the monster and go back to Eckhart to gain your new skill. Simple as that.

Venom
Video explanation.
Basic information : At Level 100 you'll gain another quest telling you to head back to Ereve. Pretty much the same deal as Triple Throw. You go into the 4th Training Hall and kill the boss monster that spawns there. It changes every time you go in and out, like the 3rd Hall does.

Dark Flare (Special thanks to DeeMon for help regarding this information)
No video explanation yet.
Basic information : At Level 110 you'll once again get another quest. Head to Ereve and talk to Nienheart. Accept the quest and follow it to Rien to talk to Lilin to then accept her quest. Once accepted, head to Ludibrium to talk to Sodane located at Crossroad of Time to accept his quest. Kill the monsters he requires you to kill and head back to Sodane. Accept his final quest before getting the skill. Head over to Forgotten Passage and enter the hidden-street portal on the right floating door with step. The boss monster here is a Thanatos with more HP than normal ones and casts Darkness and spells. It is strongly recommended to bring All Cures and a large quantity of HP Potions.
