when I try to go in from my character seletion, they just freeze!

when I try to go in from my character seletion, they just freeze!

Heres a solution:
if ur resolution is 1024 x 768
make another char or have another char
change resolution to the other one (big fat)
log off
relog onto other char(the one not stuck) and change it back to 1024 x 768
now log on to stuck char
You kinda forgot the 't' in stuck, oh, and no s at the end.
