The Thief class has great damage and mobility. Assassins (nickname: sins), throw stars while Bandits (nickname: dits) use daggers. Both jobs are highly desired in parties due to Haste, a skill which greatly boosts the Speed and Jump of all party members. Both are also great in Boss runs for various reasons.

In fourth job, Night Lords are the most mobile job in the game due to Flash Jump. Their main attack, Triple Throw, when used with Shadow Partner and Venom yields a tremendously powerful 6 star attack. Unfortunately, their HP is one of the lowest in the game and it isn't until higher levels that Night Lords are able to do some Boss runs comfortably.

Shadowers are able to attack with incredible damage using Assassinate and Boomerang Step. These fourth job Bandits don't have the same problems with HP thanks to Meso Guard which cuts down HP damage by half and Smoke Shell which provides temporary invulnerability for the party. Many players also find it fun to use Meso Explosion skill.
