Gather up Ridley's Book of Secrets, an Ancient Armor item and certain boss drops to obtain a Forging Manual from John Barricade in New Leaf City. Then, once you have the Forging Manual and other items listed below, you will need to go to Spindle in Omega Sector to forge the item.
