haven't really seen one in Scania in a long time.
Last I seen them, they were like 600mil but now they keep inflating.
I would bet they are over max mesos now since 4% all stats are already 2.3bil each
Which will help you more, the cape or 10% crit
think it's not bad if you really want SE neb, not for re-selling.
They are at least 4b.. In myck I think
