How do I get rid of Keratosis pilaris?
I have Keratosis pilaris on my upper arm and back. It makes me lose self esteem. Whenever I take off my shirt, it stands out so much. Is there a way to make it not noticeable at all or like remove it. I heard letting the sun shine on it removes it. It looks like red pimples all over =_=.

I am, most of them are like buying products to remove it.
