Cash Shop Closes Client

When I enter into the Cash Shop on my main, SgtGrif, the game client closes down and another window appears stating "error code : 38 (Reached the end of the file.)" Strangely, this has been happening for roughly the previous two weeks and does not affect any other character I try to access the Cash Shop with on my account. Anyone know what is causing the problem, and how I could fix it? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so all much! Clearing my inventory of unnecessary items solved my problem.

It ended up freeing about half the available slots, which thankfully was enough to let me get into the Cash Shop.

While the link above says no more than 18 items, I can say that I definitely had way MORE than that in each tab of the inventory and I was still able to finally get into the CS. I don't think it's the actual number of items, but the proportion of items to the number of slots you have. I have a lot more slots than the standard, and I'd cleared about half of them when I could get into CS. If you want to try it, I'd aim for about half your slots empty and see if that works.

After reading several messages from people who've been able to get into the Cash Shop after reducing the number of items in their inventory I tried it myself. I don't know if it's the total number of items or if there were specific troublesome items, but anyway after I cleaned out about half the slots in my inventories I was finally able to get into the CS without disconnecting. Give it a try..!
