So i have these Reverse Warrior Shoes its 9% HP 3% Accuracy,
Will it be the same %?
E.g : 9% All stats 3% Strength
Would that happen?

It can but it's not a guarantee. Cubing completely changes the potentials. The only thing it cannot do is go down in rarity or change the amount of lines.
