Well one day, after Big Bang, I logged on and so i explored all the maps
then, i tryed to go ninja magician on a mushroom but my att was like 35!

if you max it, you'll have ten magic attack.
You still need a good weapon.

1int isn't equal to 1 magic attack any more.
Magic attack scales like weapon attack does now.
You actually need either a lukless weapon, or to fix your build.
