Who says you can't change your email?

There's a nexon.net support form just to change your email. If you don't believe me it's what the GM replied with when I asked for them to change the email to my hero.

"I understand that you would like to change your email address. If you no longer have access to the registered email address due to a lost or forgotten password or closed email due to inactivity, I encourage you to contact your email provider to regain access.
There is a possibility to change your email, but it is a long and tedious process. If you would like to proceed with an email change, please follow the instructions on our webpage at http://www.nexon.net/support/supportform.aspx?view=email.
After you have filled out the form, please be patient until your form has been reviewed. Further instructions will be provided to you after your form has been processed.

So you guys forgot your password, I thought you are only talking about email getting deactivated

Email carriers don't allow you to reuse names of deleted email addresses.

Worked for me once. Then my email was deactivated again so I have to do it again <.<
EDIT: And plus, rather be patient and wait a couple weeks (took my last one 6 months) than to completely lose your account, right? (what happened to me)

Edit: I just reactivated my email
