Should I continue my demon slayer?

I'm 160 and I nee to be 165 for Stronghold. With the nerf my dmg output would be weaker.
What I like in a class is: Fast attacks with great damage. Also less pots use if any.
Pleas suggest a class with the job and their Pros and Cons.
Wrong, you only need to be v160 to enter SH if you have a family or tele rock. Future is blocked to -160. SH can be teled into as long as your 160+ (the quest is lv15 though). Just get a family member to tele you in.
Let's be a little more precise.
1. You need to be lvl 165 to receive the quest that will allow you entrance to Stronghold.
2. At lvl 160 you can bypass the entrance using teleport (family or rock).
3. You cannot leech Second Drill Hall until lvl 165. At lvl 160 you must hit the monsters to receive any experience.
4. Second Drill Hall monsters are lvl 170. Anything less than that and you will miss, receive significant damage. Moreover, many parties will not accept you at that level because you are not able to do enough damage to contribute to the party.

P.S. Stay with your DS. With the nerf you won't be OP, but you won't be a wimp either.

Depends on funding. I recommend deleting your DS and turning it into an f/p mage.

BaM without a doubt. Stacking auras reduce damage by a ton ADA increases damage by 30% and AYA you move fast. fun to use combo playing style with blow tele finisher tele combo high DPS with that. idk about soloing zak but they probably can pretty efficiently. with drain, i never use HP pots and i dont blow through mp pots either. multiple invincible skills like TS Body Boost and Party Shield. i would highly recommend it.

Try Paladin.

Decent attack speed and decent damage. When you get higher leveled, NO pot use. Except maybe MP.

try BaMs, once you get a jr boogie for mana, you're unstoppable. and even without it, your mana and health pool is super large, not to mention the innate hb and life regen while attacking and extreme iframes

Pick any job that is your type. If you want to keep on training your demon slayer, train him and keep it as a goal to reach that goal. If you want another job to play as, go ahead and play that job to have fun. The only way to train good, is by pushing yourself to reach for your own goals.
without damage u cant kill fast enough to get good items to sell and make money
That is what Maplestory has turned into. A game based on damage and godly equips and making the most money.
Arans can solo Zakum pretty fast with less funding than most other classes.

Try Aran. They have nice damage and a drain skill.

They use MP though.
