Were DBs revamped?
I heard that there was going to be big changed to DBs like in KMS but from the recent thief revamp DBs didn't get many new things.
Is there going to be another revamp later on or is this just it?

err.. wasnt db revamp like.. 2-3 months ago in kms? at any rate it was NOT the patch right after phantom. we're still about 6-ish months behind KMS.. so yeah it wont be in july.

Justice patch: 6/27
Phantom: 7/25
Dual Blade revamp: 9/12 (approximate)
its not in two month its in about 20 days since the website saids Hilla unlocks at 7/16 and Phantom unlocks at 7/2 but Phantom comes out at 7/12. So my guess is DB revamp is in 7/26. Maybe later because some people said there are two parts of Hilla and some people said DB revamp is at the 2nd part. So the latest date should be no longer than August 10th. So its not 2 months =]
..and our damage gets buffed almost x2
after hilla.
