remote wipe ipod touch 4g

i just went to icloud.com and clicked the remote wipe button to erase my ipod touch. it is jailbroken and its tethered and im trying to start my ipod touch all of again i tried
many time but it keeps showing the loading sign for a long time but doesn't appear anything.i can't plug my ipod into my computer beacause something is wrong is my usb cable it keeps saying device undetected but it charges so any help please.
